4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 oz. trimmed green beans
16 oz. baby carrots
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
generous pinch of red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1. In a small bowl, mix honey, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic and dried seasonings.
2. Place carrots, green beans and chicken in the Slow cooker. Top with sauce mixture.
3. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Top with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
