Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken

1 cup celery

1 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup walnuts

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, cranberries and mayonnaise.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

4. Stir in walnuts just before serving.

5. Serve on a croissant or a lettuce leaf.
