1/2 carrot
1 granny smith apple
2 c green cabbage
1 juice of a lemon
1 1/2 c red cabbage
2 tbsp mayo
salt and pepper
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1. In a large bowl combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and apple.
2. In a small bowl whisk mayo, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir well.
4. Cover and place in the fridge at least 1 hour before serving.
