1. Make the dough for the pastry and refrigerate for 30 minutes (Maida, Butter, Castor sugar).
2. Roll it and bake it in a pie dish until done and golden. Cool it.
3. Soak custard powder in a little milk. Heat the milk, sugar and mango pulp.
4. When the sugar is dissolved and it is boiling add the custard mix and cook it until it has thickened.
5. Cool the custard and pour it in the baked pie. Cover it with pieces of mango and refrigerate it to set.
