cauliflower chopped in small pieces
cabbage chopped
1 onion chopped in small cubes
1 green capsicum 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper chopped in small cubes
1 carrot chopped in small cubes
5-6 baby corns small pieces boiled
100gms sweet corn boiled
100 gms green peas
one potato cut thin round pieces as chips
1 tomato finely chopped
10-12 spinach leaves finely chopped
Grated cheese
500ml milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour for white sauce
oregano
chilli flakes
mix herbs
basils
salt & black pepper powder
Oil for frying potatoes
1. Boil sweet corn and baby corn seperately n keep aside. Boil rest all vegies together n keep aside.
2. For white sauce take a pan add butter and flr n stir contiously on low flame untill it turns brown and then add milk and again stir continously untill it starts boiling.
3. Add all boiled vegies sweet corn baby corn salt black pepper oregano chilli flakes mix herbs and basil & mix it well. Keep aside.
4. Take a pan add lil oil, once heated add tomatoes n saute for 2 mins then add onions n again saute for 2 mins, then add spinach to it and again let it saute for 2-3mins n keep aside.
5. In a kadai add oil for frying sliced potatoes and fry them lyk we fry french fries and remove & add lil salt to it.
6. Now in baking bowl 1st spread potato chips all over on the bottom. Then add half vegies on it & spread equally, further add spinach and tomato puree to it and gently spread all over equally n then spread rest over all vegies & on top of it spread grated cheese.
7. Sprinkle little chilli flakes for gud spicy taste on it.
8. Bake for just 3 mins in microvave.
9. U can serve with garlic bread or kulchas or even it can be served as a starter with khari biscuits n musk toasts.
