Ingredients:

2 pkgs strawberry jelly powder

2 cups boiling water

4 oz light cream cheese

2 cups of cool whip, divided

Directions:

1. Pour boiling water over jelly powder until dissolved.

2. Chill until just syrupy.

3. Beat cream cheese a bit and then beat it into the jello.

4. Blend in 1 cup cool whip.

5. Spoon mixture into a pie plate.

6. Let set a bit then top with the other cup of cool whip.

7. Decorate with strawberry slices.
