Sriracha Chicken with Lime

Ingredients:

12 boneless/ skinless chicken thighs

salt and pepper

1/2 cup olive oil

juice of 2 limes

1 large onion sliced

3 tbs sriracha sauce

Directions:

1. Season thighs with salt and pepper.

2. In a large bowl or zip-lock bag mix together all ingredients and allow to marinate for a few hours.

3. Pre heat oven to 400°. Place all Ingredients into an oven safe pan that will allow to broil at the end.

4. Bake for 35 minutes. Broil on high heat for 4 minutes to crisp it up. Garnish with Cilantro.
