ricotta cheese
spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce
shredded cheese
1. Boil lasagna noodles until they are al dente once the lasagna noodles are done cooking lay each noodle flat and layer with ricotta cheese, spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce (your preference), and shredded cheese (your preference).
2. Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of an oven proof dish. Roll up lasagna noodles and lay in an oven proof dish.
3. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Halfway through cooking, remove lid and finish baking without the lid. Top with shredded cheese. Serve and enjoy.
