Ingredients:

8 uncooked manicotti pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 package ( 3 oz. ) cream cheese, softened

4 medium green onions, chopped ( 1/4 cup )

6 oz. froe cooked small shrimp ( about 25 shrimp ), thawed, tails removed and shrimp cut in half crosswise

1 can ( 6 oz. ) crab meat, drained, flaked

1 1/2 cups meatless tomato pasta sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ( 2 oz. )

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375 F. Cool and drain pasta shells as directed or package, using minimum cook time, rinse with cold water to cool.

2. In medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese and cream cheese. Gently stir in onions, shrimp and crabmeat.

3. Spread 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce in ungreased 11 x 7 in. (2 quart) glass baking dish. Fill pasta shells with seafood mixture, place over sauce. Spoon remaining 1 cup pasta sauce over filled shells.

4. Cover tightly with foil, bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
