Ingredients:

1 rack of baby back ribs cut into two halves to fit pan

salt and pepper

1 beer

Directions:

1. Line pan or casserole dish with aluminum foil.

2. Salt and pepper both sides of ribs.

3. Place in pan with contents of 1 beer (you can also use water or broth).

4. Place foil over top of ribs to seal in steam.

5. Cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees.

6. Remove from pan and put in another foil lined pan for several minutes under broiler to get that char.

7. Serve and eat.
