Ingredients:

spring roll wrappers

1 lb ground beef

1 onion

1package shredded cabbage and carrots

ginger 1/3 ts

soy sauce 2tbs

vegetable oil 1/2 cup

Directions:

1. Cook ground beef in vegetable oil, add cabbage and carrots, ginger, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Cook every together.

2. Take a 1 sheet of wrapper brush with vegetable oil, place 2tb s of meat mixture and roll it.

3. Place on baking pan, brush with vegetable oil again. Bake at 400 ° until golden.
