1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
2 small onions (use red onion if you have)
1/2 medium butternut
Robertson’s veggie spice
Fresh Rosemary (optional)
1. Cut all peppers into large pieces.
2. Cut each onion into quarters
3. Cut butternut into large pieces.
4. Grease an oven dish add butternut and onions. After 30mins, add all the peppers and season with veggie spice. Garnish with the rosemary and place back in oven until veggies are cooked.
