1 kg of chicken breast, slice into strips
2 limes, juice
1 lime zest
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of mustard sauce
3/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or chilli powder
half cup of buttermilk or milk or yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
salt and pepper
5-6 cloves of garlic, freshly grated
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 cup of olive oil
1. Mix everything together and let marinate for a minimum of 4 hours. Then cook until well done. It can either be an overbaked, grilled or pan cook. Whatever is easy for you. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and freshly chopped coriander.
