Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of room temperature liquid milk (dough)

2 packets instant yeast (dough)

1 tablespoon of sugar (dough)

2 egg whites (dough)

1 cup of plain yoghurt (dough)

3/4 cups of vegetable oil (dough)

salt to taste (dough)

4 1/2 cups of plain flour (dough)

sesame seeds (toppings)

grated cheese (toppings)

1 red onion, chopped coarsely (toppings)

sliced tomatoes (toppings)

Sliced Turkish chilies (toppings)

sliced black olives (toppings)

sliced sausages (toppings)

mix Italian herbs (optional) (toppings)

egg yolk mix with 1 tbsp of water

chopped parsley to garnish

Directions:

1. Mix all wet ingredients from the dough section until well combined. Gradually add the flour. Make a bough, flour could require more or less. Keep extra handy in case. Cove the dough and let rest/ proof for 3 to 4 hours or until it doubles in size.

2. Make little ball and line them on a baking Ray that been lined with parchment paper. Take a round bottom glass and press each middle of the dough making a well in the center. Brush the dough with the egg York water and sprinkle sesame seeds all over.

3. Add cheese in the well and on top add all the rest of toppings. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and bake in a 180c preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm with tea.
