Ingredients:

650 grms of plain flour or bread flour

2 tablespoons of freshly cracked black pepper

8 garlic cloves (grated and fry in 1 tablespoon of butter until golden brown)

2 cups of warm liquid milk (make sure it's not hot)

2 packets of instant dry active yeast

2 eggs, lightly beaten

salt to taste

2 tablespoons of sugar

80 grms of soft butte (extra)

black and white sesame seeds (extra)

egg wash (extra)

Directions:

1. Add everything from the ingredients list in a mixer and form a dough. Cover and let rise/proof for 1 hour. Add the 80grms soften butter and bring back to the mixer and mix again until it’s all well corporate and homogeneous dough is obtained. Make little balls and line them on a baking tray.

2. Cover and let rise/proof again for 1 .30 hour. Brush them with eggs and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake in a 180c preheated oven for 12 to 15 mins. Remove and straight away brush the top with butter. Let them cool down on a cake rack. And use as required.
