Ingredients:

1 cup-soaked lentils

3/4 lbs extra lean grass fed, organic ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup chopped bell red peppers

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 package frozen organic spinach, thawed and drained

3 tbsp bragg liquid amino

1 large organic egg, beaten until foamy

1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

3. Spread the meat loaf in a nonstick loaf pan (preferably glass).

4. Bake until meat is well done about 1 hour.

5. Remove from the oven and let stand about 2 to 5 minutes. Top with organic ketchup if you like and serve with a nice big salad.
