Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup pork rinds

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

pink Himalayan salt

garlic powder

fresh black pepper

all seasonings to taste

Directions:

1. Mix it all together in a bowl and spread it on parchment paper till it was roughly a 1/2 inch thin.

2. Sit in the fridge for about 45 mins to an hour to have its last rights. Bake it for 25 mins at 400°, let it sit for 10 mins then add your toppings.
