2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive
sea salt
1. Pre-heat your oven to 400F.
2. Place sweet potato slices into a large zip bag. Pour in olive oil and seal the bag closed.
3. Shake the bag until all of the slices are well coated. Arrange the sweet potato slices onto a baking sheet, spread them in a single layer on sheets. Bake, flipping once, until centers are soft and edges are crisp, 22 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
