Healthy Cinnamon "Fried" Bananas

Ingredients:

2 overripe bananas

2 tbsp stevia

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1. Cut bananas into slices.

2. In a bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Use olive oil to coat a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Toss bananas in skillet and cook for 2-3 min.

4. During last minute of cooking on the first side, sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon mixture on the banana slices.

5. Flip the slices, sprinkle with remaining mixture and cook 2-3 more min or until bananas are soft and warm.
