Ingredients:

1 (10-ounce) bag spinach

1 tablespoon butter

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Place spinach in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes.

2. Drain spinach; stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
