16 oz chicken breasts thin-sliced
8 oz cream cheese
1 c broccoli florets
1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese shredded
1/2 c mozzarella cheese shredded
6 slices bacon
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Cook the bacon, crumble it, and set aside. Steam the broccoli in the microwave.
2. Mix 1/2 of the bacon, the mozzarella cheese, and the softened cream cheese together and set aside.
3. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts and place them in the pan for a few minutes on each side.
4. Once cooked, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken, place the broccoli florets and remaining bacon pieces on top, and generously sprinkle with shredded jack cheese.
5. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
