30 grams of coconut flour
40 grams of vanilla protein powder
10 grams of cocoa powder
2 grams of stevia
2 grams of baking powder
50 grams of low fat plain yogurt
30 grams of sugar free syrup
1 large egg
15 grams of milk chocolate bars/chips (melted in microwave for 45 seconds)
1. Mix the Dry Ingredients until consistent color
2. Put in the Wet Ingredients and mix it all together until consistent (Batter)
3. Spray your baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray
4. Place batter in baking pan. Put in Air Fryer for 8minutes 280degrees Farenheit.
