1. Slice the zucchini in half. Slice off the bottom to keep it stable. Brush with olive oil and top with garlic/garlic powder.
2. Sprinkle with cheese your favourite. Top with sliced tomato. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft. Serve and Enjoy.
