10 white marshmallows
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cornflour
2 tablespoons caster sugar
2 1/2 cups lite milk
1. Use kitchen scissors to cut marshmallows in half.
2. Combine cocoa, cornflour and sugar in a bowl. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until well combined.
3. Pour cocoa mixture into a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for 8 minutes or until mixture warms through. Add marshmallows. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil and marshmallows melt. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Transfer sauce to a bowl. Spoon warm sauce over fresh berries or ice-cream. Cover surface of leftover sauce with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
