tacos
1 pound ground beef
3 tbs taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup cheese
6 tbs sour cream
6 tbs taco sauce (or salsa)
8 large romaine lettuce leaves
avocado dressing
1 small avocado
1/2 medium lemon squeezed
1 pinch cilantro
1 dash milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 dash pepper
1. Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked.
2. While meat is cooking mix ingredients for avocado dressing.
3. Drain meat then stir in water and taco seasoning.
4. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
5. Assemble tacos on romaine tacos and top with avocado dressing and sour cream.
