Toad in A Hole

Ingredients

• slice of bread
• butter
• egg
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cut out center of a slice of bread, use a biscuit cutter or glass.
2. Butter and heat griddle or pan. Place bread down and toast that first side, flip and drop egg into center. Salt and pepper.
3. Cook till your liking and other side of toast is now done. Can flip once more for over easy egg. Toast the circle too.
