Ingredients:
1 1/2 of beef skirt steak or chicken breast
1/2 large julienned yellow onion julienned (sliced)
1 red 1 green and 1 yellow pepper in julienne strips (sliced)
garlic salt
black pepper
two spoons of olive oil
two lemons
Directions:
- 1. Cut the meat into middle finger size slices.
- 2. Add the garlic salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. Then drain the juices and discard them. Have the slices of the 3 peppers and onion ready.
- 3. Heat the pan (preferably a Chinese wok). On high heat for a minute. Add a tablespoon of oil and immediately add the meat. Sauté the pan, ensuring that the meat cooks evenly for 5 or 6 minutes. Then separate the meat to the edges of the pan so that the juice is consumed.
- 4. Caution. Add the meat immediately after the oil because the olive oil burns quickly and becomes bitter. Since the juice was consumed. Add a tablespoon of oil to the center and then add the bell pepper julienne and onion.
- 5. Sauté the pan for about 3 minutes. And ready. For fajita tacos or fajita dish accompanied by rice and refried beans. A green sauce from Herdez or any other brand.
