Creamy, Garlicky, Bacon and Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

10 slices of bacon

1 bag of Brussel

5 cloves of chopped garlic

salt and pepper to your taste

1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

3/4 cups or more of Italian blend shredded cheese

1 tbsp of onion powder

Directions:

  1. 1. Cut into pieces 10 slices of bacon, fry until done, now add 1 bag of brussel sprouts washed, trimmed and cut into halves, 5 cloves of chopped garlic, salt and pepper to your taste. Stir and fry on medium high heat until the Brussels start to get tender.
  2. 2. Now pour in 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, whisk for about 5 minutes. Now add 3/4 cups or more of Italian blend shredded cheese and stir well to combine, season with 1 tbsp of onion powder. Once your sauce has thickened it's ready to serve.
