Ingredients:
one large package of egg noodles
1-1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
8 oz sour cream
large can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 lg onion diced
1 package of whole mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1. Brown hamburger, onions and mushrooms all together and drain when done.
- 2. Boil egg noodles and drain when done. Pour hamburger mixture into bottom of noodle pan.
- 3. Put noodles on top of that. Turn heat to low/medium heat. Add sour cream, beef broth, cream mushroom soup and salt and pepper. Cook on low till it's all nice and warm.
