Ingredients:

2 lbs of cubed beef

6 carrots

2 potatoes

1 onion

1 cup of celery

28 oz cans tomato sauce

1 cup of water

frozen peas

Directions:

1. 1. Season with salt and seasoned pepper. Cooked in a covered roaster 5 hours at 250°. Add frozen peas at the end. Super tender beef.
