Fried Cabbage with Bacon and Onions

Ingredients:

300 g of bacon slices

1 green cabbage

salt

pepper

Directions:

1. Brown the bacon in a pan until it becomes crisp. Reserve the cooked bacon on a plate and keep the cooking juices, washing and divided green cabbage.

2. Brown the cabbage in the cooking juices for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat. Stir regularly. Add the bacon and stew for 6 min on low heat. Join salt also pepper.
