White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

2 cans (15.5 oz) white beans, undrained

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained

1 can (14 oz) chicken broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

powered onion

powdered garlic

cumin

1 cooked rotisserie chicken, remove meat from bone and diced

shredded mexican cheese, sour cream, cilantro, tortilla strips, avocado

Directions:

  1. 1. In a 4-quart stock pot, add 1½ cans of White Beans. Mash the remaining ½ can beans with a fork and add to the pot if you want it thicker.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 - 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Add additional toppings, as desired.
