Ingredients:
1 pkg cranberries, 12 oz chopped small
1 1/4 c sugar
2 1/2 pkg raspberry gelatin powder - 7.5 oz total
1 c celery, chopped small
3 - 4 med apples - red delicious, peeled and chopped small
1/2 c nuts - walnut or pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c hot water
Directions:
- 1. The food processor works well for the chopping as the fruits & celery need to be fairly small. This can be made several days ahead.
- 2. Stir sugar into the chopped cranberries & let sit while you get the rest ready. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water very well. No granules left or the bottom will be rubbery. Microwave if necessary.
- 3. Add the rest of the ingredients all together and refrigerate. Stir occasionally as it thickens to keep it evenly mixed.
