Daddy's Broccoli and Peas Casserole

Ingredients:

2,10 oz. bags frozen chopped broccoli

15.5 oz. can sweet green peas, drained

10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

1 c. mayo

2 large eggs, beaten

1 small onion, chopped

1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. crushed buttery round crackers

Directions:

1. Cook the broccoli according to pkg. directions, drain well. Arrange half of the broccoli in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover the broccoli with the drained peas.

2. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Pour half of the mixture over the top of the peas. Top with remaining broccoli and then the remaining sauce mixture. Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
