Ingredients:
1 bunch of carrots (the thinner the better for quick roasting)
1/4 cup brown sugar
bacon (1/2 a slice per carat)
butter
1 teaspoon kick in’ chicken seasoning (or your favorite go to will definitely work)
Directions:
- 1. Cut tops off carrots and peel! Slice bacon into half strips!
- 2. Mix together the seasoning and brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture all over the bacon strips!
- 3. Grab a cooking sheet with a rack. Wrap each carrot with a bacon slice and place on the rack. Melt some butter and brush the carrots with butter.
- 4. Bake in the oven on 375 until the bacon is crisp.
- 5. Once the bacon is done, your ready to plate. Carrot time. These carrots have a sweet and savory taste that is full of old school comfort.
