Ingredients:
5 cups water
1 lemon peal (use veggie peeler)
2inch ginger cut in to thick slices
2 inch turmeric cut in to thick slices
small pinch of cayenne pepper
crack pepper
juice of one lemon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp raw honey
Directions:
- 1. In a pan add water, lemon peel, ginger, turmeric, pepper, cayenne heat to a small bare simmer for 7 minutes, remove from heat add lemon juice and coconut oil. Strain in to a bowl or jar. If it’s hot let cool a bit then add raw honey. Stay healthy.
