Ingredients:

1 20 oz crushed pineapple undrained

2 c flour

1 c walnuts chopped or pecans

2 tsp baking soda

2 c sugar

3 lg eggs

1 c coconut optional

cream cheese icing or 1 can of premade

8 ozs cream cheese

2 tbsps butter

2 c powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Put into 9 x 13 pan for bars or bunt pan for cake.

2. Bake at 350° for 35 - 45 min. depending on pan & oven.

3. Frost w/ cream cheese icing while hot if in the flat pan. For other pans just ice as usual.
