Ingredients:

2 kiwis

1 cup of strawberries

1 apple

½ a cup of blueberries

2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds

¼ of a tablespoon ginger

¼ of a tablespoon cinnamon

¼ of a cup filtered water

Directions:

1. Blend all the ingredients until you get the desired texture.

2. Pour some in a glass and enjoy it.

3. This smoothie will boost your metabolism and help you lose the extra fat. Note: if the strawberries are juicy, you don’t even need water.
