Ingredients:
4 chops
1/4 cup honey
1/4 chicken broth or water
6 garlic cloves chopped
garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
olive oil
parsley (optional)
Directions:
- 1. Season pork chops with salt pepper and garlic powder. Heat up oil in pan dear chicken 5 minutes per side.
- 2. Take chicken out of pan and set aside. In same pan melt butter and sauté garlic add honey, apple cider vinegar, and broth. Stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes sauce will start to thicken. Add chicken to the sauce and coat it well. Put them in the oven on broil for 2-3 minutes until crispy edges. Use the rest of the sauce to top. Add parsley for garnish.
