Ingredients:
3 cups diced tomatoess
3 cups diced onions
¼ cup cilantro
2 to 4 diced green chilies
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
- 1. Wash and dice tomatoess, onions, chilies. Mix in bowl.
- 2. Wash and chop cilantro. Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
- 3. Add salt, pepper, lime and lemon juices. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- 4. Can be placed in tight container in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
