Homemade Red Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:

4 cups mashed raspberries

4 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. 1. Use a very large pot. When the jam reaches a full rolling boil it will double in volume.
  2. 2. Heat mashed berries until they reach a full rolling boil, boil 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add sugar. Stir well.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. 5. Beat with rotary beater for 4 minutes. Pour in sterilized jars and seal.
