Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn (not drained)

1 cup sour cream

1⁄2 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix all ingredients and pour into (greased or sprayed with cooking spray) 8x8" casserole dish.
  2. 2. Cook uncovered for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. 3. Tastes like Chi Chi's Corn casserole they serve as a side dish!
  4. 4. Double the recipe for a 9x13 dish
  5. 5. Can also serve as a yummy dessert by adding 3/4 c of sugar!
