4 large chicken breasts
3 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1 lbs monterey jack cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tubes ritz crackers
1. Boil chicken and cut up into pieces. Mix together chicken pieces, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, monterey jack cheese, melted butter, water and poppy seeds.
2. Place in a casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and spread over the top of casserole. Cook at 325 for 30 minutes. Cook some rice as directed.
