Ingredients:
1 pound bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 eggs
4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup green pepperr, chopped
Directions:
- 1. Put the sausage in a greased pie plate. Top with the cheese and mix in slightly. Distribute the mushrooms and pepperrs evenly over the cheese.
- 2. Beat the eggs well (don't add any salt, the sausage is salty enough); pour over everything.
- 3. Bake at 350º 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
