Ingredients:
1 kilo boneless chicken (cut into strips)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepperr
salt to taste
1 1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs
2 cup breadcrumbs
Directions:
- 1. In a large bowl add chicken strips, lemon juice, salt and pepperr, let it marinate for 14 minutes.
- 2. Coat chicken strips in plain flour first, then in egg and lastly coat chicken strips in breadcrumbs. Lay all the chicken in a tray and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes. It will stop breadcrumbs to come off when frying.
- 3. In a large pan heat oil and fry chicken on medium heat until chicken is golden and cooked through. Serve hot with dip of your choice.
