Ingredients:
1 litre of milk
4-6 tbs sugar
Saffron few strands
Khoya ½ cup (Milk powder if khoya is not available)
200 grams Double cream
4-5 green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi)
Directions:
- 1. Add khoya, green cardamom, double cream and saffron to milk except sugar and cook for 15-20 minutes. Once milk is thickened add sugar and cook for further couple of minutes. Chill in the fridge then transfer to freezer and freeze overnight.
- 2. Soak rice noodles in boiling water for ten minutes then rinse with cold water. Now get some qulfa ice cream in a bowl and arrange rice noodles on top.
- 3. Your qulfa is ready to serve.
