Ingredients:

6 boneless chicken thighs or 4 chicken breasts

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 yellow onion chopped up

1-2 carrots chopped up

water

1 large can of canned biscuits

Directions:

1. Layer chicken in crockpot, add onion, soup, chicken broth, carrots. Add just enough water to cover chicken, maybe 1/2 -3/4 cup.

2. Let cook 4-5 hours on high, then add biscuits about 45 minutes before serving.
