Ingredients:

1 lb. ground pork

2 cloves garlic

4 mushrooms

3 large green onions

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp sweet Thai chili sauce

1 tsp sriracha sauce

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp rice vinegar

1 package prepared dumpling rounds

Directions:

1. Make filing by mincing garlic mushrooms and green onions and mixing with seasoning, first 7 ingredients.

2. Make dipping sauce by mincing ginger and adding all other ingredients from minced fresh ginger to the end.

3. Fill pasta circles and brush edges with water and close.

4. Sautee pot stickers in 1 tbsp. oil until the bottoms have browned.

5. Add 1 cup water and cover until the pasta on the tops of the pot stickers is cooked.
