Ingredients:

leftover mac and cheese (1 day only )

salt and pepper

24 wonton wrappers

1 3/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated

1 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

3/4 cup ricotta cheese

basil for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Pre heat oven to 375 F, spray your muffin tins with nonstick spray.

2. Line your muffin tin with wanton wrapper, 3 pieces per one cupcake holder.

3. Sprinkle cheese on the bottom of wonton wrapper, reserved 3/4 cup of your cheese for topping.

4. Divide the mac and cheese and place on top of cheese about tbsp., sprinkle some Cheese salt and pepper and bake for 18-20 minutes until cheese is melted, cool in pan for 5 minutes and remove then serve warm, garnish some basil if you want.
