Pozole Enchilado

Ingredients:

4 lbs pork meat / carne de puerco

1 lb back bone/espinazo

2 chkn legs / 2 piernas de pollo

1 bayleaf / hoja laurel

pinch of oregano / pisca oregano

1 garlic head / 1 cabesa de ajo

1 med onion cut in half / 1 cebolla p. en mitad

1 or 2 cans of "teasdale"

(white homniy/ 2 latas de maiz)

2 big cans of enchiladas sauce/ 2 latas

de las palmas enchilada sauce.

chicken bullion/consome de pollo

goyatotal seasoning

Directions:

  1. 1. Add everything to the pot with enough water to cover your meat and hominy.
  2. 2. Cook for 1hr 45 min or until your meat is tender.
